A payment error will occur if the payment on the 9th every month does not process properly due to the following reason: expiration of your credit card or exceeding the credit limit. Please note that the photo calendar will not be delivered when these errors had occurred. There are 2 ways to fix the problem:
A) A process "Refresh the payment statement" at the account information which is at the bottom of the print page.
B) Register an available credit card information from "Edit the card information" at the account information which is at the bottom of the print page.
The new delivery schedule is shown below:
- When your payment will be processed by the 10th to 20th of the month: the delivery schedule will be same as usual or a few days after.
- When your payment will be processed by the 21st of the month to the 9th of the next month: the photo calendar will be delivered with the next month's calendar.
NOTE: If you couldn't edit the credit card information by the 9th of the next month, the calendar for the month will not be delivered.
