There are several possible reasons. Please check below:
- The videos/photos are not in the included duration.
- The total time of the videos/photos* are more than 60minutes.
- The total number of videos is more than 99 files, and the video you are looking for exceeds that range.
*It will take 5 seconds for a photo.
