- Each video can be up to 180 seconds long, and you can upload 3 at a time.
- Order deadline month will be defferent for each users' order timing. Your order will be placed when it at 23:59 of the last day of the order month. Order deadline time and duration of included videos will be decided by Japanese Standard Time. If you are out of Japan, please be aware of the time difference.

- Videos/photos uploaded after the deadline would not be in the DVD for that month.
- You cannot edit which videos/photos to save in the DVD or change order of videos/photos.
- If the length of the videos/photos included is more than 60 minutes, the length will be trimmed to less than 60 minutes.
- If the total length is more than 60 minutes only with videos, the included videos will be ordered from new ones.
- If there were no videos and/or photos uploaded in 3 month, the order will be canceled automatically.
- It should be delivered within 2 months after the order placed. (E.g. Delivery by the end of June if the order placed at the end of April.)
